The most common issue that occurs during camera set up is related to the WiFi. These devices connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi frequency if you have a combined signal or 5GHz frequency then this device will not connect. If you have a 5G WiFi you will likely also have a 2G WiFI.
If you are unsure, please contact your internet service provider's technical support and state "I am connecting an IP camera and I need a 2.4ghz (gigahertz) connection for it."
