A factory reset will delete all WiFi and app account settings from the camera and reset it to default settings. Once the reset button is pressed, this reset cannot be undone. A factory reset can also be performed as a troubleshooting step to restore the camera back to its original condition in case of a problem occurring.
You do not need to factory reset your camera if it is offline. Please read about how to troubleshoot an offline MobiCam by clicking here.
