Setup and Basics to the Mobi Smart Pill Dispenser

(Optional) Step 1: Connect Device to Mobi Smart App

1. Plug in the power cable into the device, and ensure the display is on
2. Open the Mobi Smart app and ensure you have created an account or logged in
3. Select the plus button on the top right of the home screen
4. Select the Pill Dispenser
5. Follow steps on screen

Step 2: Setup Cycles and Alarms for Dispensing

In App

1. Select pill dispenser within the home page
2. Either select "setup" on the welcome popup, or go to the Alarms page, then select "Daily Doses"
3. Specify the number of doses each day that the patient requires
1. If the patient does not have enough doses for a month’s time:
1. Select "Unlock Cycle Length" (WARNING: Dosage Wheels provided may not correspond with desired dosage)
2. Select the number of dosages per day
3. Select the number of cycles possible with your number of doses
4. Select "Save" when done
5. Within each alarm shown on the alarm page, select each alarm and specify the desired time the alarm should go off, and type any notes (if needed) regarding this specific alarm.
6. Select "Save" when done

On Dispenser

1. Lift lid and press the alarm button
2. Press the Alarm button again
3. Using the "-" or "+" buttons, set the alarm at a specific hour, then select the Alarm button when done; Using the "-" or "+" buttons again, set a specific minute within that hour, then select the Alarm button when done. Device should state "Pill dispenser settings updated" when complete.
4. If you want another alarm within a daily cycle, select the "-" or "+" buttons to select a new alarm you want to have per day (will show "1 of 9" for the first alarm, "2 of 9" for the second alarm, etc.), then follow the same procedure as above.
