If this phone providing 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is different than the phone for connecting the camera to the app, then yes.
However, MOBI highly recommends that the MobiCam be used with a singular viewing device such as a smart phone, with a consistent connection to a separate device providing the internet signal such as a home router.
Different phones configure the details of their hotspot signal differently, and we cannot guarantee nor provide support for the function of said hotspots. Please contact the manufacturer of phone for details concerning your hotspot service.
