Applying Arm BPM

Firmly insert air plug into opening located on left side of monitor unit.

With sticky nylon section facing outward, insert end of cuff underneath metal ring of cuff.

Fasten cuff about 0.4-0.8'' above the elbow joint.

Ensure to apply arm cuff directly onto your arm. If wearing long-sleeves, roll them back to forearm for direct contact on the wrist.

Tighten cuff firmly so it doesn't wiggle.
