I keep getting the "Network Error" message. What does this mean?

This is an indicator that the method of internet provided on the viewing device is unstable and unable to allow the MOBI App in use to communicate with our servers.

Please switch to a consistent and trusted WIFI network or try viewing your MobiCam from a location with a stronger signal.
