Chime not working

I just received the chime i ordered for the doorbell and it's not working. I connected as suggested and tested it no sound. I also don't see digital on the app, all I see is mechanical and wireless. Any ideas? IF not I will need to return it since it's not working

  Exactly the same with me, came to getmobi.com for instructions and there is nothing listed at all.  The blue light barely blinks for even a second, it stops before I can even select wireless not to mention absolutely no time to get to the bind button.  I will attempt to pursue some help on this and update this if I figure it out.

  got it to work. The instructions suck.

  After holding the reset button for 5 seconds you let it go, then, you click the reset button again and the blue light will then start to blink. Then go select wireless and then bind the chime to the doorbell.

  Its pretty loud and works well once you get past the lousy instructions.
