Currently the newest version of our MobiCam HDX (item: 70196-SK) isn't compatible with our previous, discontinued software. Only our MobiCam Multi-Purpose (70200) and MobiCam HDX (70196) were viable with the software. We have determined that because our newest line of cameras does not interface with the PC software, we will no longer be supporting it as of Oct 31 2020.
We're building a new environment for our MobiCams and our Smart Home devices to work together.
One suggestion that may work for any MobiCam is to link your Android phone to your Windows System.
Window's "Link to Windows" feature is a great way to do this, which will tie in newer phones with Windows and allow you to run Apps within the desktop environment. Because it still utilizes the existing MobiCam / MOBI Smart Apps, it wouldn't be interrupting any features.
