Adjusting the time and date on your Mobi DualScan Prime Thermometer is simple. Follow these easy steps:

Press and hold the 'SET' button until you hear a soft beep. The display will begin flashing with either '12HR' or '24HR', depending on your current setting.

Press the 'MEM' button to toggle between the available time formats.

Once you've selected the correct time format, press 'SET' to move to the next setting.

Press 'MEM' again to adjust the next option.

Repeat this process until you’ve updated both the time and date.
Note on the Beep Sound:
The beep sound on the Mobi DualScan Prime is intentionally soft because the thermometer is primarily designed for ear readings, where quieter sounds are preferred. As a result, it’s easy to miss the beep.
Important: The soft beep is purely cosmetic and does not affect the device's ability to read and record temperatures accurately.

I just purchased a prime infrared thermometer 70121-DX and cannot sit the correct time on it. It keeps telling me to hit the scan and memory button simultaneously, but it still is not giving me a set up option and I’m getting very frustrated so I’m pretty sure I will not purchase anything else made by this company because it’s not working as it should.
