On rare occasions, the MobiCam can become confused as to the light level in a room. The light sensor inside the MobiCam needs to be reset.
Please follow these steps to resent your night vision sensor (or IR sensor):
In brightly lit room or daylight, gently cover the night vision sensor (found above the camera lens) until you hear it 'click' to night mode.
Uncover and let it 'click' back to daylight mode.
Repeat this process 5 times.
The sensor should now be reset.
