How do I switch my Mobi Smart Dualscan Thermometer between Celsius and Fahrenheit?

The Mobi Smart Dualscan Thermometer usable in the Mobi Smart app along with the other Mobi Connect devices uses units based on a manual switch. In the back battery panel, there is a switch between the battery sockets, with a label for Celsius and Fahrenheit.
